At Hillcrest:

For the second week of the lovely and convenient Hillcrest Farmer's Market we'll be equiped with happy pastured chicken and duck eggs, a limited supply of Dino Kale (grown beyond organic standards), and of course this week's collection of pastured pork cuts:

• boneless pork chops
• bone-in loin roasts
• tenderloin!
• country-style ribs
• sliced liver
• Original, jalapeno, and hot sausage
